# Administration commands

Use these in game with `/aegis`, or omit the slash in the server console. `/aegisgrim` remains an alias. Administration requires aegisac.admin or the legacy aegisgrim.admin permission; both default to operators.

Names and UUIDs work for known players. A known IP can also be supplied to unban. `unbanip` changes only the IP entry: use `unban NAME` when the account also has a UUID sanction. Full IP and sanction details are restricted to administrators.

Native Grim check settings can be reloaded with `/grim reload`. Raw Grim alerts/verbose output remain suppressed: confirmed actions and Donut staff review warnings are the public outputs. `aegisac.alerts` controls access to confirmed staff notifications. The original grim.exempt and grim.nomodifypacket permissions remain available and default to false; do not grant these to ordinary players.

Native packet guards and setbacks remain active during an administrative pause. Native punishment counters and queued automatic actions are cleared at resume or automatic expiry, so paused evidence is not replayed as a ban.
